Arsenal handed Real Madrid star advice for EPL title
Arsenal have been advised to go for the likes of Real Madrid star Gareth Bale if they must win the Premier League title anytime soon.
This is the stand of football pundit John Hartson who claims that the North London side are not good enough to challenge for the Premier League title with the composition of the current squad.
He admitted that the Gunners team have had a great season so far, going 15 games unbeaten and sitting in the fifth position with six points behind league leaders, Manchester City.
The good form of the Emirates Stadium side seems unrecognized knowing that the likes of Chelsea, Liverpool and City have also all gone unbeaten in this campaign in the Premier League.
Hence, there is a need for them to compete in terms of the quality of squad, especially with their activities in the transfer market which cannot be compared to the likes of City who brought Riyad Mahrez from Leicester City for £60 million in the summer and Liverpool also buying Southampton player Virgil van Dijk for the sum of £75 million.
John Hartson stated that the Gunners need to go for Real Madrid forward, not minding how much he could cost so as to have the debt in their team.
