And as Conte’s men lost 2-1 to Crystal Palace at Stamford Bridge on Saturday, many Chelsea supporters have taken to social media to express their anger. And one Chelsea player who seem to be unlucky today is Spanish star Diego Costa.

And yes, the blues fans not only blamed the striker for the loss against the Eagles, but they also desire the management and Antonio Conte to cash in on him and sell him at the summer transfer window.

It was former Arsenal captain Cesc Fabregas who broke the deadlock just after five minutes by putting the Premier League leaders ahead.

However, goals from the Palace duo of Wilfried Zaha and Christian Benteke gave the visiting side the victory and the full three points.

And many Chelsea supporters on Twitter threw all the blames on Diego Costa. He was heavily criticized for his unpleasant performance in the game. The Spaniard seem not to be able to come up with a quick solution to go past Palace defender (a loaned from Liverpool) in the person of Mamadou Sakho.

The west London club now have their lead at the top of the premier league table reduced to seven points, and even though they are still favorites to win the title, the fans are not too happy with Diego Costa.
