Chelsea’s win against West Brom at the Hawthorns confirmed the Stamford Bridge club as the premier league champions for this season – making it their second in the space of three years.
Chelsea have dominated the premier league table for a long while, and before the Friday night game against West Brom, were already touted as firm favourites to lift the trophy this season.
Antonio Conte’s men have been so superb, and one of the stars who played a huge role helping the club win the title is Belgium international Eden Hazard.
And the Belgian, who is a premier league champion again, declared that his side have felt confident of winning the Premier League this campaign ever since their brilliant 13-game winning run earlier in the season.
Hazard was one of the Chelsea stars who left the unpleasant experiences of last season behind – a season the squad experienced great difficulties that made them end up on the tenth position on the premier league table.
And even though they begin this season on a shaky note, they successfully won 13 games in a row after their successive loss to Liverpool and Arsenal last September.
And Hazard believes that winning run persuaded them to their best and help them become champions once again.
