Jose Mourinho was once more embarrassed at Stamford Bridge on Sunday after losing to his former club Chelsea in the premier league again.
Mourinho shook hands with the Chelsea players before the start of the game – many of them worked under him during his stay at the club, but had a cold hand-shake with the club’s current manager Antonio Conte.
But once it was full-time, immediately after the ref’s final whistle, the Italian manager allowed his excitements get the better part of him and chose to run into the middle of the field without shaking hands with Mourinho.
Both managers are obviously not the best of friends, and it appears their issues would get broader, following reports that Jose is willing to sign a key player from Chelsea when another chance comes.
According to Don Balon (via soccerisma), Mourinho believes Cesc Fabregas can solve a lot of issues in his team, and he is ready to bring the Spanish playmaker down to Old Trafford – which won’t go well with Antonio Conte.
The Spain international has been a regular starter for Chelsea this term and has evolved into one of the most important members of the club since making the move from Barcelona a few years back.
This season so far in ten premier league games, the former Arsenal captain who currently earns £170,000 each week, has scored one goal and has also provided one assist.
