Carabao League: Klopp confirms why Simon Mignolet will start against Chelsea

Tomorrow in England we will see two big clubs with experienced coaches play against each other.

The clubs involved are Chelsea and Liverpool.

Going by the schedule, Jurgen Klopp led Liverpool side will be hosting Chelsea at Anfield tomorrow night.

It is worthy to note that in the past few days, Liverpool have not played any away match, they played the first leg of the Uefa Champions League at home against the French side, Paris Saint Germain, they also played Southampton at home in the weekend EPL game – And now they will be facing Chelsea at home.

So far, Liverpool have not lost any home game, in fact, they have kept a 100 per cent win this season (they are the only club that are yet lose or play a draw in the EPL).

Ahead of the match against Chelsea, tomorrow night, Jurgen Klopp has hinted that he will rest Alisson Becker while Simon Mignolet will take his place at the goal post.

Klopp disclosed that Mignolet has been brilliant so far and has been training hard.

This will be the Belgium goalkeeper first start for the Reds this season as he has been relegated to the bench since the arrival of the former AS Roma goalkeeper.
