Arsenal Set To Get €125million Star Player For Cheap

It appears Mesut Ozil is destined to leave Arsenal in the upcoming January transfer window, and manager Arsene Wenger must be on his toes to sign another talented player to replace the German.

Ozil has been heavily linked with the likes of Manchester United and Barcelona in recent times, and it is understood that Barca are so keen on getting him and are ready to offer Arda Turan to Arsenal to sweeten the deal.

The Daily Star made it known that the North Londoners are demanding £30M for Mesut, and the Catalan giants are set to send Turan over to Arsenal just to get Ozil’s signature.

Although the Turkish player is a versatile star who can play in any attacking position, many feel he isn’t as good as Ozil.

However, Arda has won all the major Spanish titles with Barcelona and was impressive at the club last season. He was able to start 20 games for the Spanish club and scored 13 goals with seven assists. But he is yet to play a single game this season so far due to an injury.

His current contract at Camp Nou will expire in 2020 with a huge release clause of €125million.

Although Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger insists he won’t allow Ozil leave in January, we look forward to what will happen when January comes.
