Alan Smith advises 23-year-old star to forget about starting for the Blues this season

However, Alan Smith has reached out to Chelsea midfielder and England international, Ruben Loftus-Cheek, advising to forget about playing for the Blues this season.

This is actually true as Ruben Loftus-Cheek might not really get any playing chances this season.

Stamford Bridge is home to 5 other midfielders apart from Ruben Loftus-Cheek, others include Ross Barkley, Danny Drinkwater, Cesc Fabregas.

The 22-year-old was close to leaving Chelsea on loan at the beginning of the season but he had refused to leave as he said wants to fight for a spot at Stanford Bridge.
