Before now, English Premier League side Manchester United were reported to have made up their mind to let French international Paul Pogba leave the Old Trafford as early as in the winter transfer window but they seem to be having a change of mind.
The Red Devils were on the verge of cashing in about £125 million on Pogba who was linked to his former side Juventus and Spanish Serie A side Real Madrid.
The World Cup winner had a serious rift with former manager Jose Mourinho which affected his performance at the pitch and unsettled the team in the dressing room.
Eventually, one of them had to go and the former Portuguese boss was the victim which made United reconsider their step by turning down what would mean £125 million for the club when a bid is submitted for Paul Pogba.
United’s Executive Vice Chairman Ed Woodward is believed to be in the lead of the latest decision having identified Paul Pogba as a major part of the club’s future, owing to his age and ability.
However, the player seems to be returning to his best with the absence of the former Chelsea boss having scored twice in the last two games.
