Finally, Liverpool’s new signing handed what fans have been expecting

Liverpool fans are obviously one of the most excited sets of people on earth right now, and this is because of the prolific signing they have made of recent.

The signing of a superb goalkeeper like Alisson Becker caused a big celebration around the arena of the fans, as they have missed a lot of successes as a result of poor decisions from the duo of Loris Karius and Simon Mignolet.

Right now, there are new claims that the Brazilian shot-stopper has been handed the number one shirt at Anfield.

During the side’s 5-0 win over Napoli last weekend, the former Roma man wore the number 13 shirt – but it was stated earlier that the number was simply a temporary one.

It appears to all that Alisson will take the number one shirt from Loris Karius, which means Loris’ future is still uncertain.

While we hope it won’t stir up an unpleasant atmosphere should Karius remained at Anfield, it is logical that Alisson should be the one with the number one jersey since he will obviously be the first-choice shot-stopper under manager Jurgen Klopp.

Liverpool made Alisson the most expensive goalkeeper in football history this summer, and the South American is expected to be in-between the sticks when his side clashed with Torino in their last pre-season game on Tuesday.
