Manchester United target, Toby Alderweireld is not leaving Hotspur anytime soon

It seems Jose Mourinho led Manchester United team is about to suffer another defeat in securing new players.

Mourinho had shown deep interest in the player and had hoped to sign him.

Well, the Tottenham Hotspur defender in a statement in Russia hinted at not leaving the club anytime soon.

Toby disclosed he has two years left as he made it known to the press that only Tottenham Hotspur can determine his future.

The Belgium international alongside is countrymen who also play at Tottenham have done well for themselves in the Russian World which ends today.

The two other players are Belgium Romelu Lukaku and Marouane Fellaini.

Belgium had gone ahead to beat England to clinch the third position, while France beat and Croatia 4.

Toby Alderweireld, went on to say they might not have lifted the cup but Tottenham Hotspur players have shown their effect in the Russian World Cup.

As they made it to the final top four, this however is true as Tottenham is among the top four on the English premier league and as such qualifies to play the UEFA Champions League.

Others are Manchester City, Manchester United and Liverpool.
