Ibrahimovic Send Interesting Message That Will Make Man United Fans Happy

Zlatan Ibrahimovic has dropped some hints that he will take the No. 10 role when he gets back to full action at Manchester United.

Zlatan has been sidelined since April after sustaining an injury in the Europa League following a nasty fall against Anderlecth.

The Swede legend was the player who scored the most goals at Old Trafford last season despite being his first time in the club and in England.

But the red devils have signed Romelu Lukaku during the summer transfer window to replace the former Barcelona man.

Lukaku has been playing in Zlatan’s traditional central striker role and has made the No. 9 shirt his own at his new club.

Ibrahimovic inherited Wayne Rooney’s No. 10 shirt this summer, and the 36-year-old says he could play behind the Belgian.

Speaking recently about the number 10 role, the Swedish star said he believes the No. 10 player is ‘the star’ in the team and ‘the one who makes the difference’.

“[The number 10 player is the one who] gets noticed, wins the matches and is the leader,” Zlatan said.

The legend’s arrival to full fitness will increase the pressure on Henrikh Mkhitaryan at Old Trafford.

The Armenian started the term impressively, but his form dipped on a massive scale, and he is likely to sit on the bench when Zlatan return.
