‘I Want Chelsea Move’ – Star Player Wants To Join Chelsea Before Transfer Window Closes

Crystal Palace star player Wilfried Zaha has been heavily linked with a move away from the club in recent times after emerging as a target for the likes of Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea.

However, according to new reports, after Spurs pulled out of the race for his signature, the winger is pressing for a move to Stamford Bridge before the end of the transfer window.

Although Zaha has been in Spurs’ radar for the last two years, Maurizio Pochettino’s side have not been able to agree to a deal with Palace.

And the Mirror are reporting that the 25-year-old wants to leave Palace before the start of the premier league campaign and that Chelsea are in pole position to secure his services.

It was made known that although manager Pochettino remains interested in bringing Wilfried to Tottenham this summer, the management are not ready to dish out Zaha’s £75 million asking price.

Chelsea now have the chance to sign the player, and the Mirror made it known that he is set to take the next leap in his career.

On the other hand, Crystal Palace manager Roy Hodgson is insisting that the winger won’t be sold this summer. Speaking to talkSPORT, Roy said Zaha gave no indications he is quitting his side this summer, he is an integral part of the squad.
