What David De Gea told his friends about United contract

Out of the many problems they encountered at the beginning of the season, English Premier League outfit Manchester United have been able to get all resolved except one.

The start of the season was very slow for the Red Devils as they struggled to win games while there was a bridge in the team and lack of unity as a result of the rift the former manager Jose Mourinho had with his players.

All of these have been resolved with the club returning to winning ways, the players getting back to their best and a new manager secured but they have not been able to have the future of star goalkeeper David De Gea settled at the club.

The former Atletico Madrid stopper also had a rift with the former Portuguese boss and refused to put pen to paper but that is yet to be settled even with the sack of Jose Mourinho and has been a major issue for the club.

However, there might be no need to worry for the club as it is claimed in the British press that David De Gea has told his players he wants to stay at the Old Trafford and he is now ready for contract renewal talks.
