Tottenham Hotspur to trash United after two senior players set to miss out over injury

Man Utd vs Tottenham Hotspur: the Reds Devils could miss out on two senior team players over knock injury

Come Monday night, Man Utd will be playing their second home game in 2018\19 EPL season as they take on Tottenham Hotspur at Old Trafford.

Man Utd, who suffered a slap on the face from Brighton FC last weekend will have to work hard and play excellently to see that Mauricio Pochettino’s led Tottenham squad does not inflict another defeat on them.

But latest report have made it known that the Red Devils are short of two senior team players, who are on injury.

The players involved include Alexis Sanchez, who suffered a knock injury during a training session before Manchester United match at Amex Stadium and Luke Shaw, who also suffered a similar injury during a match.

Coach Jose Mourinho had disclosed he is not certain if Chile international will be in form in the next one to two weeks.

But with the type of team the Red Devils will be hosting at Old Trafford, Jose Mourinho may be forced to make use of Alexis Sanchez as the player had indicated he is already in form.

On the other hand, there are possibilities Luke Shaw will also want to play to prevent Ashley Young from beating him to more playing chances at Old Trafford.
