Champions League holders Real Madrid are plotting a big money move for Chelsea forward Eden Hazard according to various reports emanating from the media in Spain.
According to the publication from Spanish media outlet Marca, Real Madrid are eyeing a move for the Belgian international attacker in the summer and are hopeful that a bid of around £88m would be enough to prise him away from Stamford Bridge.
Eden Hazard has less than 18 months on his current deal with Chelsea and the Premier League giants have not been able to tie him down to a new contract.
Chelsea risk losing him for free in the summer of 2020 if Eden Hazard does not sign a new contract at the club meaning that they might need to sell him this summer.
Hazard has already talked up the idea of signing for the Spanish La Liga outfit adding that it would be a dream move for him.
He has grown to become the star player in the Chelsea team since he joined the club from French Ligue 1 giants Lille during the summer of 2012 shortly after the Blues won the Champions League via a penalty shootout win over German Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich.
