Contract rebel provoking Arseal team-mates with training ground attitude

German international Mesut Ozil’s effort levels in training are becoming a big worrying factor at Arsenal, as per reports.

The Arsenal playmaker has once again become the main point of severe criticism after Arsenal’s 2-1 loss to Watford in the Premier League at the weekend.

Ozil, the club’s second most expensive player was only deemed good enough to start from the bench and when he was finally called upon, he missed a one-on-one opportunity to grab a goal and played a major role in the Gunners conceding a late goal that eventually made them leave Vicarage Road empty-handed.

The FIFA World Cup winner’s commitment levels have always been a major worry during his time at the North London club, but with his deal running down, he either leave for nothing next summer or pen a new deal soonest.

It is not only in games but at training ground that the former Real Madrid star appears to be failing to behave himself.

The Daily Mail report that sources at the Emirates claim his effort during training sessions has dropped and it hasn’t gone unseen by his colleagues and Technical crew

This latest report has led to suggestions that the gunners will look to sell Ozil during the January window when they can still earn a transfer fee for the German.
