Maurizio Sarri sign his most important partner – not Jorginho
Chelsea new coach, Sarri Maurizio has signed his most important partner and may be on his way to win the heart of Chelsea’s fans.
Most Chelsea fans had been skeptical about the arrival of the former Napoli coach especially owing to the fact that he has never won a silver ware not to talk of a trophy throughout his coaching career.
However, report about Sarri’s experience by the likes Manchester City coach, Pep Guardiola may have been one reason the fans are hoping he will perform better than his fellow countryman, Antonio Conte.
Sarri may have however, won the heart of Chelsea fans over his signing of Chelsea’s legend, Gianfranco Zola as his assistant.
Zola already has a past with Chelsea and will be one of Sarri medium of communicating with the board.
Report stated that Zola is expected to add the role of technical director to his new appointment at Stamford Bridge.
This comes after the former technical director, Michael Emenalo left Stamford Bridge back in November, 2017.
The signing of Zola would be of help to Sarri as the former knows what the Blues need to do and how to play their game as a new season begins.
