Liverpool forward Sadio Mane has been rewarded with the player award at the club for his recent form in front of goal as the Reds chase honours in both the Premier League and the Champions League.
Mane was the Award recipient for Player of the Month for March at Liverpool.
The Senegalese international was the star player for the Reds who went through the month without a defeat.
Liverpool played five games in the month of March without suffering any defeat.
The Reds started the month with a goalless draw in their Merseyside Derby in their Premier League meeting before Sadio Mane scored twice to help Liverpool beat Burnley 4-2 in another league clash.
Mane went on to score a brace for Liverpool in the second leg of their Champions League last 16 tie with German champions Bayern Munich.
Liverpool defeated the Bavarian giants 3-1 away from home to seal a 3-1 aggregate win over their opponents.
Mane went on to score the opening goal in the 2-1 win away from home against Fulham in the Premier League.
Liverpool finished the month of March with a 2-1 win over top four chasers Tottenham Hotspur via a last-minute goal from Toby Alderweireld (own goal).
Sadio Mane has scored 17 goals in the Premier League this season and he’s in the running for the Golden Boot at the end of the season.
