Manchester United keen on signing superstar today

At Manchester United, one of the area’s manager Jose Mourinho was keen on reinforcing this summer is the left-back position.

The Portuguese was keen on finding a nice replacement for Luke Shaw during the early periods of the summer transfer window, and as a result, the side were heavily linked with the duo of Alex Sandro (Juventus) and Danny Rose (Tottenham Hotspur).

But along the lines, it was speculated that Mourinho will rekindle his faith in Luke Shaw and will trust the Englishman with the position this season.

However, according to new reports, the Portuguese tactician wants to bring Jordi Alba from Barcelona to Manchester United.

The Spaniard has been linked with a move away from Camp Nou to replace Shaw at the Theater of Dreams.

The La Liga champions allowed Lucas Digne (Jordi’s backup) to leave their side this summer and are expected to hold on to Alba.

But the Daily Star made it known that Manchester United are not deterred by that, as manager Jose Mourinho believes the Spaniard is an ideal player that can add a lot of quality to his team at Old Trafford.

Indeed, Alba is a superb player and he will definitely be a big upgrade on Shaw.

Manager Jose Mourinho is keen on doing all it takes to win the premier league title for the red devils this season.
