Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho could turn to Bayern Munich winger, Arjen Robben as he hopes to bring in a new face on the left wing, according to reports.
The United boss has continually talked about his intentions to sign a fourth player this summer, with suggestions that he wants a left winger following strong links with Inter Milan winger, Ivan Perisic.
Reports in the Daily Mail claim that Mourinho could turn attention to signing Arjen Robben from Bayern Munich.
The duo of Mourinho and Robben have a working relationship from their time at Chelsea where the Dutch winger helped them win the Premier League titles between 2004 and 2006.
Despite being 33 years of age, Arjen Robben has been a key figure for the German giants, netting 13 goals and 9 assists making 21 starts in Bundesliga, and is seen as a makeshift signing for Mourinho who might have to wait till next summer to sign a younger player into his first team.
The winger is in the last year of his current deal at Bayern and could be available at a reduced price this summer
However, what remains yet to be known is whether Manchester United will move for Robben due to his poor injury record that has made him unavailable for some crucial games.
