English Premier League is in its most difficult period as a result of the hectic schedule. Chelsea manager Maurizio Sarri, who is in his first season in England, must come up with a winning strategy as soon as possible so as to end the season in an appreciable position.

The former Napoli boss started his Chelsea career on a very good note but he’s been unable to keep up the pace.

The last match against Leicester City was one to forget in a hurry as his side didn’t live up to fans expectations.

All Chelsea players, except Kepa Arrizabalaga, were found wanting in their respective duties throughout the encounter.

David Luiz and Antonio Rudiger both failed to provide the necessary shield needed by the young goalkeeper.

Jorginho, who has been the club’s engine room, was kept quiet by Wilfred Ndidi for the most part of the encounter.

Eden Hazard couldn’t shoulder the goalscoring responsibility against the Foxes just like he’s been doing in previous games.

However, the Blues look set to redeem themselves later tonight when they travel to the Vicarage Road to tackle Watford.

They would be hoping to bring their race for a top-four finish back on track, knowing fully well that anything short of victory could ultimately rule them out of next season’s Champions League competition.

Sarri’s predicted Lineup

GOALKEEPER

Former Athletic Bilbao goaltender Kepa Arrizabalaga will keep his place between the sticks. He made a full-stretched save to deny Ndidi’s long-range thunderbolt from sailing into the top corner.

Apart from some minor mistakes he made in the early part of the season, the youngster has been pretty solid since his record-breaking switch to the Stamford Bridge in the summer window.

DEFENCE

Irrespective of their current dip in form, David Luiz and Antonio Rudiger could retain their respective places at the heart of the defence.

Marcos Alonso will start at the left-back position but he must up his game to remain in Sarri’s long-term plan.

Zappacosta may be given the nod to start despite his uninspiring display against Claude Puel’s men.

MIDFIELD

Jorginho is set to start, though, his recent form is beginning to raise questions about his ability to cope with Premier League’s physical-demanding nature.

Former Everton star Ross Barkley could be in Sarri’s starting lineup alongside N’Golo Kante to complete a 3-man midfield setup.

ATTACK

Eden Hazard is certainly going to get another starting role later tonight. The Belgian is too hot to be on the substitute bench for such an important game against the in-form Hornets.

Reuben Loftus-Cheek could replace Brazilian winger Willian at the left flank. The England international is in fine form and he deserves more game-time than what he’s seeing.

Fit-again Alvaro Morata could be given another chance to impress. The Spaniard has scored just five goals so far this season and Sarri is reportedly unhappy with the player’s goal rate
