Liverpool Set To Sign €50m Rated Star To End Dilemma Once And For All

Liverpool have two average goalkeepers at Anfield, and they must ensure they sign a World-Class shot-stopper if they are to win the premier league title anytime soon.

During their last game against Manchester City, Karius – who is now the club’s first choice shot-stopper – was the one who took care of the sticks. Although the German is also struggling for consistency, still, he is better than Simon Mignolet.

And there are reports the Belgian keeper could leave Anfield at the end of this season – but it will not come as any surprise if he decides to leave this January.

The 30-year-old needs regular playing time to secure a spot in Belgium’s World Cup squad traveling to Russia later this year.

According to Paul Joyce, Liverpool are set to buy a new goalkeeper, and it is likely Alisson is the one coming to Anfield.

The Brazilian shot-stopper is valued at €50M, and has caught the attention of various top European clubs including Paris Saint Germain.

Klopp can patiently wait till summer to sign Alisson – only if Mignolet is not leaving this month. Should the Belgian decide moving out of Anfield this January, then Liverpool must do all it takes to sign Alisson.

This season so far in the premier league, Mignolet has only kept just 7 clean sheets.
