Chelsea could use Spain international striker Alvaro Morata as a bait to help them sign Borussia Dortmund sensation Christian Pulisic.
Chelsea to tempt Dortmund into selling
As per the Daily Mail, Chelsea feels they could tempt the Bundesliga club into offloading the teenager by offering them the Spain international striker in return.
The striker had a mixed debut campaign in the Premier League; despite netting six times in his first six English Premier League matches, he went on a 13-match goalless run at the beginning of the New Year.
After his below-par season, the Spaniard missed out on his Nation’s FIFA World Cup team and has since been strongly linked with an exit from Stamford Bridge – just 12 months into his 5-year deal.
Key replacement for Hazard and Willian identified
United States of America wide man Pulisic has played just shy of 100 first team matches for the German Bundesliga side in three seasons and is worth in the £60million bracket.
The West London club are thought to be considering the winger as a replacement for Belgium international playmaker Eden Hazard or Brazil international winger Willian should either player leave Stamford Bridge, and will use Alvaro Morata to sweeten the transfer deal with Borussia Dortmund.
