Liverpool Set To Beat Chelsea And Man United To £100m-rated Star

Bayer Leverkusen star player Leon Bailey has been heavily linked with a handful of top European clubs including Manchester United, Chelsea and Arsenal in recent times.

And according to new reports, Liverpool have entered the race for the player’s signature after ending their interest in Thomas Lemar.

The Merseysiders believes Thomas is interested in joining Barcelona in the summer, and they have decided to focus on other targets.

The Anfield club have now given Arsenal the opportunity to sign the France international from Monaco when summer comes – if the North Londoners can really persuade him to ignore Barcelona.

Liverpool sold Phillipe Coutinho to Barcelona last month for £142M and they are planning to take advantage of the next summer window to bring in a new replacement for the Brazilian superstar.

And according to reports, Bayer Leverkusen’s Leon is the new player leading the list of potential replacements for Phil.

However, it is understood Bailey’s club will demand a huge fee for the talented player – a fee above £100m.

It was also added that Chelsea are set to fight for his signature when summer comes and are confident they can deal a deal for him.

Leon has played 22 games for Leverkusen so far this season and he has scored 10 goals with 5 assists.
