Liverpool Confident To Snatch £50M Rated Star From Arsenal And Man Utd Grip

One of the hottest prospects in the Premier League right now is Southampton star defender Virgil van Dijk.

Chelsea, Manchester United, and Arsenal are understood to be after his signature and the big clubs are already laying huge offers for the superb defender.

Not too long ago, Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City also joined the race for the Dutchman, but premier league champions Chelsea are regarded favourites to get his signature.

However, there is a new report that claimed Liverpool’s boss Jurgen Klopp is confident he can lure the player into Anfield and convince him to turn down the blues and the gunners.

The Mirror reported recently that Jurgen Klopp’s side are now a realistic contender because the highly-rated defender is attracted to the idea of playing under the German boss.

It was also added that the Anfield club are set to offer Van Dijk a deal that will see him go home with £200,000 each week, just to get his signature.

Klopp is said to have regard Van Dijk as his only centre-back target and also believes he can bring him to Anfield.

Van Dijk is rated around £50 million, but Southampton have insisted he is not for sale but will be staying with them instead.

Chelsea, Arsenal, Liverpool, Man City, have all reportedly been in touch with Southampton over a possible deal for Van Dijk.
