Klopp Preferred Splashing €70million On Amazing Star And Won’t Settle For Less

Former Roma star player Mohamed Salah arrived Anfield last summer and has quickly settled to life at Merseyside.

This season so far in all competitions, the Egyptian international has scored 43 goals for his side, and he is on the verge of lifting the Champions League trophy (which of course could make him worthy of receiving the Ballon D’Or)

Well, Liverpool have been linked with another Roma Star – this time a goalkeeper (in the person of Alisson)

Since Pepe Reina left Liverpool some years ago, the Anfield club are yet to have a good replacement for the Spanish shot-stopper.

Manager Jurgen Klopp is keen on strengthening his squad at the end of this season and must not ignore his goalkeeping department. It was made known that the club have various goalies in focus – including Southampton’s Alex McCarthy.

However, the Daily Mirror mentioned that Jurgen Klopp preferred Roma’s Alisson – although the talented goalkeeper won’t be coming cheap.

Alisson is now regarded as one of the best goalkeepers in the world, and he is reportedly valued at €70 Million by Roma.

This season, in 48 appearances, Alisson has been able to keep 21 clean sheets for his side.

So, over to Liverpool fans. Do you want to see Alisson at Anfield next season?
