Good News – Star Player Set To Sign New Man United Deal

According to reports, Manchester United star player Juan Mata is set to sign a new deal with the club after he rejected a lucrative offer from the Chinese Super League.

The talented player has evolved into one of the most important members of Old Trafford and has become a key player for Jose Mourinho despite that the Portuguese tactician was the one who made him leave Chelsea.

The Spain international will be out of contract at the end of this term, and he has emerged as a target for a number of clubs in China.

There are reports that his representatives have been contacted about a move to China that will see him earn as huge as £165,000 each week.

But according to the Daily Mirror, the Spaniard is not interested in leaving Old Trafford yet and has decided to stay at Manchester. He is going to agree to terms over a one-year extension on his current contract.

It was also added that Jose Mourinho’s side are likely to hand Ander Herrera a new deal at Old Trafford following his impressive performances this season.

The Spanish midfielder was named Man United’s Player of the Year for the 2016-17 campaign, and despite his limited playing time as a result of Nemanja Matic’s arrival this summer, he is still understood to remain an important member in the club.
