Arsenal take step to grab “unhappy” player

Arsenal have reportedly taken step to strike a deal for Medhi Benatia in the January transfer window with the player reported to being unhappy at Juventus.

According to reports, the North London side have made the first contact for the player and have been handed hope from the feedback received.

Tutti Marcato Web says the Morrocan international is fed up with life at the Old Lady after falling out of favour this season and has not seen enough games.

Benatia has failed to impress Leonardo Bonucci since joining the club from AC Milan and that has been a blow to the career of the former AS Roma defender who wants to be seen in action at all time.

Meanwhile, the North London club made a failed attempt for the Morrocan defender and it is looking like the right time for them to having him knowing that Benatia is desperate to find his way out.

With the injury concerns on Unai Emery team, there are indications he would do all it takes to have the player in his team as a cover for Laurent Koscielny who is also currently away due to an injury without playing a single game this season.

Meanwhile, the player is also been monitored by AC Milan but reports claim he will not fancy a stay in Italy.
