Arsenal set to Rival AC Milan for Dani Ceballos

Arsenal are possibly on red alert over Real Madrid transfer target Dani Ceballos after the news that the Italian Serie A side AC Milan are set to join the race for the exciting youngster.

As per a report from CalcioMercato has suggested that Serie A side AC Milan are ready to make a transfer move for Ceballos who has played in just 186 minutes in the Spanish La Liga for Real Madrid this campaign with the star seriously seeking first-team football to aid his development.

The report claims that the Italian side will be looking to lead the race in the pursuit of the Spaniard.

The reports come the same week that DiaroGol declared that Arsenal were amongst a number of suitors, including Serie A giants AC Milan, looking to sign Ceballos from Real Madrid where he has not been featured regularly under French tactician Zinedine Zidane.

He is only 21-years-old and recently joined from Real Betis to Real Madrid during the summer but he has not been able to seal any constant playing time.

So as not to suffer any stump in his development it seems as though the youngster may have to leave the Santiago Bernabeu before his career is even handed the opportunity to commence at Madrid.

Further, it seems AC Milan and Arsenal could be the two sides to do battle over the starlet.
