Arsenal ready to release star defender to AC Milan

The North London outfit Arsenal are reportedly ready to let go of Shkodran Mustafi in the comings summer transfer window as he is reportedly being wanted by Italian Serie A outfit AC Milan.

The Gennaro Gattuso team are keen to land defenders as they struggled this season to deliver good performance due to their lack of an outstanding defence.

It has been reported that AC Milan seek to land Shkodran Mustafi on a loan deal and it has been suggested that the Arsenal team will not stand in the way of the defender as they already seek to have him replaced.

However, the latest report from Italy claims that AC Milan are yet to make a final decision on the signature of the star player as they will take a stand on landing him in coming weeks.

There have been a lot of mixed reactions to the performances of Shkodran Mustafi in the season that just ended with most Gunners fans not satisfied with his outing and will not mind seeing him leave the club at the end of the season.

More so, it is expected that the defence will be a major priority for the Arsenal team ahead of the summer window.
