Reports in Coriello dello Sport have it that the Rossoneri have lined up plans to sign Fabregas as their takeover draws near.

Milan boss Vincenzo Montella is said to be prepared to swoop a number of stars as they enter into a new era as consortium Sino-Europe completes its takeover from Silvio Berlusconi in March.

Reports suggests that the San Siro outfit have made the Blues midfielder their prime target with speculations that they might also look to bring in Real Madrid star Isco.

Fabregas has seen his chances limited at the Stamfrod Bridge as Antonio Conte prefers to use Nemanja Matic and N’Golo Kante depsite the Italian boss praising the qualities of the former Barca midfielder.

The 29-year-old has shown he is still of good quality when called upon on few occasions this season.

The two Milan clubs are reportedly keen on fighting for superiority in the summer transfer window after their  respective massive takeovers, with reports that Inter are also monitoring a number of stars in the Premier League.
