According to reports, Manchester United are preparing a massive bid to try and sign Neymar from Ligue 1 champions PSG this summer transfer window.

Man United set to pay HUGE fee

The Daily Mirror is claiming that Manchester United are prepared to pay a world-record transfer fee of about £200million to lure the 26-year-old forward to Old Trafford.

The same article states that La Liga giants Real Madrid are also in the transfer race to land the attacker, who bought PSG from Barcelona only last summer.

However, the same article says that United’s hopes of landing Neymar this summer window are heavily boosted by the fact that the team has a good working relationship with Neymar’s father –  Neymar Santos Senior.

Neymar want to leave Paris

The article also states that The Brazil international forward has his heart set on a transfer away from the French club this summer window just a season after having sealed his world-record move to Paris.

Neymar, 26, has netted 28 goals and provided 16 assists in 30 matches across all competitions for Paris Saint Germain since his transfer to the side last year.

Meanwhile, the Red Devils are currently preparing for their Emirates FA Cup final clash against Chelsea at Wembley Stadium next weekend as they try to end Jose Mourinho’s second year at Old Trafford with a trophy.
