Not Bakayoko – Superb Star Pushing On To Join Chelsea For £31M

Real Madrid star player Danilo has emerged as a target for Chelsea this summer ahead of a busy campaign next season.

And according to reports in Spain, the right-back is looking to join the premier league champions this summer in search of more regular playing time.

The Brazilian defender has made 55 appearances since moving to the Spanish capital from Porto back in 2015 but is being strongly linked with a big-money move to West London ahead of the 2017/18 season.

And Spanish outlet Marca indicated that the 25-year-old is keen to secure a place in the Brazil squad for the 2018 World Cup in Russia next year, and he assumes a move to Chelsea would provide for him a good chance to be invited into the Brazilian squad.

It was however added that even though the talented player struggled for game-time at the Bernabeu last campaign, the club’s boss Zinedine Zidane prefer keeping hold of him this summer.

Another fullback that remains on Chelsea’s radar is Juventus player Alex Sandro. However, it appears the deal won’t be accomplished considering the hefty fee the Serie A champions are demanding for him.

Despite all, Antonio is still keen to bring in a right-back to provide competition for Nigerian international Victor Moses in his squad.
