It appears Portuguese tactician Jose Mourinho will eventually extend his stay at Old Trafford by signing a new contract with the red devils.
Earlier this week, there were widespread claims that the ‘special one’ had signed a new contract at Manchester United, and his salary will also be increased.
His current contract at Old Trafford is meant to expire next summer, and the former Chelsea manager has been heavily linked with Paris Saint Germain in recent times.
The French club are reportedly ready to do all it takes to bring the Portuguese to Paris – including offering him a mouthwatering contract.
But the red devils are trying to keep his heart at Manchester and are keen on fending off interest from the Ligue 1 heavyweights.
And speaking ahead of their next premier league game against Burnley this weekend, Jose refused to confirm if he had signed a new deal but suggested he is doing that very soon.
The former Real Madrid boss has spent a lot of money since arriving at Old Trafford, but he said it is not enough.
He is about completing a deal for another top player – Arsenal’s Alexis Sanchez – any moment from now.
The talented Chilean international will definitely add lots of quality to his team at Old Trafford.
