Manchester United are on the verge of signing Inter Milan winger, Ivan Perisic, according to reports.
The Croatian has continually been linked with a move to the Old Trafford this summer, with reports that United boss Jose Mourinho will go out of his way to get the player as he hopes to bolster his team next season.
There are reports of ongoing talks between the player’s representatives and Manchester United but the English giants were being pushed back by Inter Milan’s transfer demands as the Italian side are asking for £50 million which the Red Devils are not willing to pay.
Reports in the Independent claim that Manchester United are confident on paying up to £50 million to sign Ivan Perisic this summer.
Although, Inter Milan are reluctant to sell the winger with reports that new boss, Luciano Spalletti wants Perisic to remain at the San Siro as he will feature in his plans at the club but the winger is believed to have set his sights about completing a move to the Old Trafford this summer.
Jose Mourinho is keen on getting all his targets on time in order to blend his team in preseason before the start of another campaign, with suggestions that the United boss wants to add a central defender to his lineup.
