According to media reports emanating from England, Massimiliano Allegri will ask for a £200m budget to spend this summer transfer window before accepting Arsenal’s job offer to become their next manager.

Allegri want major Assurance

The Sun is claiming that the 50-year-old is demanding assurances from the Emirates club before finally agreeing to become their new Head Coach.

Allegri is reported to be one of the leading managerial candidates to take charge at Arsenal after French tactician Arsene Wenger’s decision to step aside at the end of the campaign.

The same article says the Juventus manager wants to be guaranteed the huge funds to make about five key signings this summer window as he looks to have a major impact on the North London club.

Allegri set to quit Italy

As per the same article, the Italian is set to quit Serie A champions Juventus at the end of the campaign to sign for the gunners, but only the tactician feels that he will be able to turn the side in true contenders over the next few campaigns.

The Gunners are now getting prepared for life after Arsene Wenger after the tactician’s 22-year reign at the Emirates Stadium came to an end.

Arsenal have heavily struggled to compete for the English top flight title in recent years and they have not won the coveted trophy since 2004.
