Good news! 22-year-old next Thiery Henry joining Arsenal next summer

According to reports, North London giant Arsenal are ready to make a new bid in their attempt to sign Thomas Lemar next summer – but their bid will be below the £90million they submitted back in August.

According to Daily Mail, the north London club are set to table a new bid as the attempt to bring the 22-year-old forward to The Emirates Stadium after having failed to sign him last summer.

However, the same publication claims that Arsenal will not be ready to match the £90million fee they tabled for Thomas Lemar last summer window.

The Gunners were linked with a transfer for Thomas Lemar last summer transfer window but a move failed to materialise as French Ligue 1 side AS Monaco decided to keep hold of the forward.

The France international forward has struggled to repeat his brilliant form from last term this time around, but as per the same publication, the Frenchman himself is said to now be open to a transfer to The Emirates.

The Gunners are bound to be strongly linked with a number of players in the next couple of weeks as the winter transfer window draws closer.

And the rumour surrounding the Arsenal futures of both Chile international forward Alexis Sanchez and Germany international playmaker Mesut Ozil is likely to increase, with neither superstars having yet signed a new deal.
