This transfer report gives an insight into the youth policy at Chelsea, Man United

English Premier League outfit Man United have shown big interest in the signature of West London outfit Chelsea youngster, Reece James, ahead of the transfer window.

This could mean that the Red Devils have got more vision for the future with youth policy than the Blues team.

The Sun reports that the 19-year-old has also got interests from Leicester City who are set to battle Man United.

The quality of Reece James was known when he spent last season on loan at Championship outfit Wigan and had 43 appearances in addition to being an influential figure in the team.

Now that it is unsure if Reece James would be given the opportunity for a first-team football with the Red Devils are making efforts to land him as it has been established that United’s boss is a lover of the youth player.

However, Chelsea could be forced to keep hold of the young lad knowing that they will not be able to sign new players in the coming summer transfer window, hence attention would be paid to some of the young players.

It is therefore suggested that Reece James and Tammy Abraham are two of the few youngsters that will be with the Chelsea first team in the coming season
