Sky Sports pundit tells Arsenal how to make headway

Arsenal will return to action later on Thursday with a round of 16 Europa League game against French Ligue 1 outfit Rennes.

The North London outfit are also in serious contention with Man United at the weekend as they battle for the qualification for a Champions League football with a top-four finish.

Sky Sports pundit Danny Higginbotham, therefore, advise the Gunners to make a good choice of either winning the Europa League or finishing top four in the Premier League at the end of the season.

The Champions League return is a major priority for the North London outfit and they have got the better chance of qualification with a Europa League win, knowing that it would be an automatic qualification to the Champions League.

Danny Higginbotham said the north London outfit, as well as their West London counterparts, have been affected by their Europa League commitment and that could cost them again this term.

The North London outfit had the opportunity of retaining the top for sport but the opportunity was blocked by Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang who failed to score a penalty against Tottenham in the North London derby.

However, should Arsenal secure a win against Rennes, they would progress to the round which is the quarter finals.
