New Chelsea midfielder Danny Drinkwater sent a direct warning to Spain international Cesc Fabregas on the training pitch ahead of Chelsea‘s encounter with his former team Leicester City on Saturday.

The 27-year-old midfield maestro, who is a direct competition to Cesc Fabregas completed a £35million transfer to Stamford Bridge on deadline day and could play against the former Premier League Champions at the King Power Stadium this weekend.

England international striker Jamie Vardy claims former-Leicester City team-mates Danny Drinkwater and Ngolo Kante are ‘enemies’ ahead of Saturday’s King Power Stadium clash.

Vardy told Sky Sports news: ‘It will be good (interesting) to see them (both players) again but obviously come (at) kick-off, they’re enemies to me (Vardy).
