Legend Sends Man City Message To Manchester United Fans

Former Manchester United player Ryan Giggs believes Alexis Sanchez’s arrival at Old Trafford has added lots of power to Jose Mourinho’s attack department.

The Wales legend believes Mourinho’s frontline is now as good as what Pep Guardiola has at Manchester City.

Ryan left the theatre of dreams in 2016 following Jose Mourinho’s arrival at Old Trafford, and he is currently Wales head coach.

Manchester United are still 13 points behind Manchester City in the premier league table and are already out of the race for the title as far as this season is concerned.

Pep Guardiola has one of the best attacks right now in the premier league (perhaps we should agree they are the best – since they have scored 74 goals so far this season).

But Ryan believes Mourinho’s attackers are as good as Guardiola’s. He, however, noted that Manchester City are more attacking in midfield compared to his former side.

In 26 top flight games played so far, the citizens have won 22 games, while their neighbours only won 17.

The Old Trafford club won Huddersfield Town 2-0 last Saturday at home after losing to Tottenham Hotspur last Wednesday at Wembley.

Speaking to newsmen recently, United boss Jose Mourinho said he won’t sign another attacking player when summer comes but will focus on other areas.
