45-year-old manager speaks on why Chelsea will not sell Belgium international

Belgium and former Everton coach, Robert Martines in a recent statement spoke about the future of Eden Hazard at Chelsea.

According to Martines, Eden Hazard is a player that will lead at any club in the world, he also hinted that the player has gotten to a difficult levy for any other player to reach.

Eden Hazard, 27, was close to leaving Stamford Bridge in the last summer transfer window but the Blues had fixed his transfer fee above £200 million, which Real Madrid were not ready to pay.

Real Madrid see the Blues star player as a perfect replacement for Cristiano Ronaldo, who left for Juventus last season.

Recently, Eden Hazard disclosed his interest to play for Real Madrid and he is likely to leave at the end of the season.

However, Belgium coach, Martines in a statement made it known that Chelsea will not let Eden Hazard leave.

The former Everton coach hinted that ‘Chelsea want to win titles, not sell players.’

He went on to say the Blues will not willingly let the player go, he said – It’s going to be difficult to see them sell Hazard in the near future.

Roberto Martines also applauded the UNL describing it as an opportunity to play the best teams.
