Mourinho Is Happy With Chelsea and Arsenal Just Because Of This…

Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho is impressed with his former side Chelsea and Arsenal for utilising the January transfer window to reinforce their squad.

The boss believes Chelsea and Arsenal were two sides who actually utilised the winter transfer window to add more power to their sides.

Jose himself helped sealed the biggest deal of the month by signing Alexis Sanchez from Arsenal, sending Herinkh Mkhitaryan to the other direction.

Arsenal were also able to land Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang from Borussia Dortmund for £56million few hours before the January window was slammed shut, and to make things more pleasant, Mesut Ozil signed a new deal to extend his stay at the club.

Chelsea were able to finalise deals for three big players – Ross Barkley (from Everton), Emerson Palmieri (from Roma) and Olivier Giroud (from Arsenal).

And speaking recently about the competition for the top four, Jose said the likes of Chelsea and Arsenal improved in January, and he is also confident his own men can finish second this season in the premier league.

Chelsea lost their last premier league game to Bournemouth at Stamford Bridge, and are now in the fourth spot of the table ahead of their Monday game against Watford at Vicarage Road.

Manager Antonio Conte must do all it takes to pick all three points at Watford.
