It has been revealed, The man behind Ramsey’s contract mess

Emerging reports indicate that want-away Arsenal Chief Ivan Gazidis is the man behind midfielder, Aaron Ramsey’s refusal to extend his contract with Arsenal.

This means that the Arsenal Chief might be heading to AC Milan, the Gunners contract rebel will also be following him to same direction.

Ramsey’s contract at the Emirates expires next summer and if he fails to extend his deal, he will leave the club as a free agent and the North London club will not be able to cash in on him.

The reason why the Wales international is yet to sign a deal remains unknown as he is perceived to be settled at the club with no reported rift with either the coach or the players.

Gazidis’s success at Arsenal is the major factor considered by the Milan as they plan to re-organize their off-field structure.

Gazzetta dello Sport says a deal is close between the two parties and a lucrative deal could be struck in coming weeks.

The Italians believe the South African’s presence at the San Siro will boost their hopes of landing Ramsey and having a roburst structure as Arsenal.

Meanwhile, Arsenal are keen to have the chief stay but will be more satisfied to see Gazidis make open his stance so as not to unstable the club.
