Pror to the  title deciding game against West Brom earlier this month, Chelsea had been regarded firm favourites to win the premier league title this season.
Antonio Conte’s side have been impressive and unstoppable. Ass a reward for their impressive campaign, they have been confirmed title champions in Antonio Conte’s first season coaching the Blues. And not to forget, the West London club can still end this term with a domestic double if they should beat Arsene Wenger’s side in the FA Cup final next week at Wembley.
Definitely, one of the players who has played a pivotal role in Conte’s squad this campaign is Belgian star Eden Hazard.
Although he missed out on the prestigious premier league player of the year award to his Chelsea teammate N’Golo Kante, the Belgium international has been very excellent this season.
Chelsea will make a return back to the Champions League next season and it sure would be a very busy one for them….
And right now, Hazard is warning his Chelsea team-mates that their side will have to be on guard to make sure they can perform at the same level next term, and they will be in trouble if they can not maintain their standard.
