Will Alexis Sanchez leave Arsenal?Arsenal have rejected a £55million bid from Manchester City for Alexis Sanchez, according to reports.

The Chilean star has been heavily linked with a move away from the Emirates, as he continues to stall on renewing his contract with less than 14 months to expire.

Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola is believed to be a keen admirer of Sanchez’s abilities and will move for him during the next summer transfer window, as he eyes a reunion with the 28-year-old who he coached during his time with Barcelona.

Reports in TransferMarketWeb claim that the City boss has met with Sanchez’s representatives and is confident on signing the attacker.

The reports also claim that the Gunners have turned down a £55million bid from Manchester City for the Chilean star and are not ready to do business.

Despite talks about his future, Sanchez has been a standout performer for the Gunners, scoring 22 goals and 12 assists so far this season.
