Dutch Warning: Every Team Should Fear Liverpool After Barcelona Heroics

Liverpool defender Virgil Van Dijk has warned teams to fear the Reds after their Champions League heroics against almighty Barcelona in the semifinals.

Van Dijk and Liverpool came from three goals down to beat Spanish champions Barcelona 4-3 on aggregate over the two-legged tie.

In his reaction to the second leg at Anfield which ended 4-0 in favour of his team, Van Dijk sounded a note of warning to opposing teams as he said that Liverpool are on the way up and that the Reds continue to improve with every season.

According to him, the fear factor is gradually coming back for Liverpool and that title rivals Manchester City already have the fear factor as a result of what they did in the Premier League last season.

The Dutch international has refused to give up on the Premier League title with the Reds trailing holders Manchester City by one point ahead of the last game of the season.

Manchester City travel to Brighton and Hove Albion knowing that a win would be enough to retain their Premier League title irrespective of what happens when Van Dijk and Liverpool play host to Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Both games will take place on Sunday afternoon with the rest of the games for Matchweek 38.
