Why Emery is not good for Arsenal, former Real Madrid star

Arsenal is a big club in the English Premier League that should be known with big-names but that will not work with the Spanish manager Unai Emery because he is not a manager that can cope with that.

This is according to former Real Madrid star Michel Salgado who claims that the Spanish manager failed to succeed at the French Ligue 1 outfit Paris Saint Germain because the club has a number of star players he could not manage.

It would be recalled that Unai Emery had clashed with Brazilian international Neymar because he could not bend nor mould the former Barcelona player in his style.

The former Real Madrid player described Unai Emery as a special manager who does not deal with players with big ego because he cannot handle them. He stressed that the Spanish boss needs a squad with players who believe in teamwork and players who can be shaped.

He noted that it is the reason why Unai Emery was able to achieve big success at Sevilla when he won the Europa League back-to-back because the team had no big names but players who were ready for him.

This, therefore, makes it difficult for the Gunners to land any big name under his reigns despite being a big club.
