Man United Set To Bring £325,000-a-week Star To Old Trafford Next Summer

Jose Mourinho currently has superb midfielders in his team, but it appears the Portuguese manager desire adding more quality to his midfield department next year.

Manchester United splashed huge cash to bring Paul Pogba from Juventus last year, and they also convinced Chelsea to send Nemanja Matic across to Old Trafford this summer.

Ander Herrera was fantastic last season, and the Spain international won the Man United’s Player of the Year award.

Moreover, Belgium star player Marouane Fellaini is also brilliant this season under Jose, but he will be out of contract next year.

Michael Carrick will also be out of contract at the end of this season, and the veteran midfielder is likely to hang his boot next year.

In such a scenario, Mourinho’s attempts to bring in more midfielders to strengthen the department is a nice one.

And Italian news outlet Calcio Mercato reports that the Portuguese tactician is showing interest in the duo of Monaco’s Fabinho and Real Madrid midfielder Kroos.

It was also added that Mourinho has identified Kroos as his priority signing for next summer.

The German midfielder has been impressive at Real Madrid since he left Bayern Munich, and he has evolved into one of the most important members of the club.

Last year, Kroos signed a new contract with the La Liga champions and he currently earns around £325,000 each week.
