Prem Star: Why This Chelsea Player Is The Best In England

Leicester City star Robert Huth has confessed Chelsea now have the best player in the Premier League with N’Golo Kante.

The Frenchman was part of Leicester city side that won the League against all odds which later earned him a transfer to the Stamford Bridge last summer transfer window.

The effect of Kante’s absence is clearly being felt in the Foxes side as they have struggled to win in the league while Chelsea have constantly remained on the top of the table.

Prior to their 4-2 win over Manchester City at the King Power, Huth said:  ‘I think N’Golo Kante is the best player in the Premier League.’

The foxes outran Pep Guardiola’s men on Saturday evening to put some hopes of them staying above the relegation zone on the League table as a hattrick from Jamie Vardy and Andy King’s  thunderous strike secured the League Champions vital three points.

Antonio Conte has heavily relied on the solidity of the 25-year-old in his 3-4-3 formation due to his workrate and ability to cover the centre-halves effectively.

Chelsea have recorded seven clean sheets in 14 matches more than any other team in the Premier League.

The Blues will hope to return to the top of the League table when they face West Brom on Sunday.
